The very first pattern in our junior miss size range is the Miss Arctic Fox. It is a comfy, hooded, slightly oversized housecoat pattern perfect for the colder seasons and also great for gift-giving. The overall feel is determined by gorgeous fabric choices. Choose fluffy double sided minky-type fabrics for the coziest versions and a lighter knit or even woven for something more suited to climates that might not have snow. The bound seams keep the inside looking just as neat as the outside. Also comes in short or long length.

Recommended Fabrics:
For a warm, thicker robe: Fabrics that are soft on both sides such as some minky fabrics, Sew Lush fabric or fleece.
For a lighter robe: Fabrics such as cotton lycra, french terry, satin, or flannel.
For experienced sewists: Fabrics with vertical stretch can be used, however extra care must be taken. Lush fabrics tend to be slippery and require extra pinning and care.
Binding, pocket lining, neckline facing: Quilting cottons, flannel or similar stable wovens cut on the bias or light knits such as cotton lycra.
