The Miss Birch is all about comfort. Cozy. Sorta oversized. It is a deep raglan sleeves in 3/4 length with optional vertical or curved stripe details. The neckline is a regular rounded scoop or an off the shoulder option. The hem can be done two ways: a cuffed hem or an elastic hem. Choose your preferred hem at either a waist or hip length. This pattern is designed for knit fabrics and is great for all those custom panels or heat transfer cut files to make unique, professional looking shirts.

Fabrics: Light to medium weight knit fabrics with minimum 50% horizontal stretch like cotton modal jersey, bamboo french terry, cotton french terry and more.
Fabrics with less stretch and high recovery can be used, but may be snug on the forearm.
Cuffing: Quality cuffing fabrics with good recovery are recommended for cuffs and bands. Other knit fabrics can be used but may need adjustments depending on stretch and recovery.
Optional notion: 1” elastic for the elastic hem only.
