The Poppy apron is about making an everyday, basic item just a little special. This apron has a belt that starts on the front side of the apron and threads through belt loops around to the back. It includes 2 strap options - a crossed back or halter strap option - both adjustable. Choose the one-piece apron for simplicity or if you want a pocket, choose the pieced option where an inseam pocket (or two!) can be added as well as optional decorative trim in the seam. In the adult sizes, the pocket is designed for cell phones purposely placed on the side of the hip so your phone won’t get in the way when leaning on the counters. A towel loop is another optional addition to your apron. Add our Solar Flare potholders and make a gorgeous gift set for friends and family.

Fabric: Linen is the recommended fabric, but other woven fabrics such as lightweight canvas, quilting cottons, and more can also be used.

Notions: 

Crossed Strap Option:

- 4 D-rings

- 1/2” for sizes XXS and XS 

- 3/4” for sizes S - XL

Halter Strap Option:

- 1 slider

- 3/4” for sizes XXS and XS (Plastic sliders are recommended for the best hold in these sizes. 1/2” metal sliders can be also be used for quilting cottons and other thin fabrics.)

- 1” for sizes S - XL

For the halter strap slider it is important to note that not all sliders will work the same. The vertical spaces in the slider openings should not be too big or the straps will not hold.
